Tip, you may have to type in several versions of your name before it comes up e.g. if your name is McDermott you might have to type in Dermott or Dermot, or dermott, as the Mc was sometimes dropped in this type of document, or you might have to type in Mc Dermott or Mc Dermot or MacDermott etc.
